Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- sprinkle of walnut pieces (~3 T)
- sprinkle of dried cranberries (~2 T)
- 1 T flax or chia seed, finely ground
- coconut milk (~1/2 c)
What you'll do:
- using spoon, chunk banana into bowl
- sprinkle walnuts, cranberries and ground seed over banana bits
- add milk
